On August 8, when the COVID-19 occurred in Lhasa, static management was immediately carried out in the middle and high risk areas, and the cross city movement of people in the low risk areas must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. With the continuous development of the epidemic, all parts of the country have responded to the demand for materials, formed a Tibetan anti epidemic medical team to rescue Xizang, guaranteed the people's demand for living materials, and helped to weave a strong health protection network.

At about 10:00 a.m. on August 24, Toppla received an urgent demand to provide a batch of mobile toilets as social and public security materials to Xizang by air. Topura immediately coordinated the existing inventory of the warehouse, quickly supplied goods, and prepared the required materials in the morning of August 24.

The preparation of the Toppla mobile bathroom has solved the basic problem of materials, but multiple issues such as the lack of direct flights, unsuitable flight models, and material assembly plans have become the next difficult problems.

To assist in epidemic prevention in Tibet, materials must be transported to their destination without damage and on time, with a delivery time of less than 5 hours.

Faced with urgent tasks and complex situations, Yuanxiang Xiamen Airport emergency dispatch has adjusted the original Airbus 321 narrow body model to Airbus 330 wide body model, perfectly solving the logistics problem; Toppla immediately held discussions with the Xiamen Airport Special Group of Yuanxiang to solve the problem of material assembly and coordinate solutions.

Due to the special size of the mobile bathroom and the use of air freight logistics, the packaging requirements are more stringent than those for daily loading and transportation. Around 2pm in the afternoon, the special team went to the Toppla factory for on-site inspection, and discussed various aspects such as the size and components of the mobile bathroom to solve material packaging problems and assembly plans.

As soon as the plan was released, Toppla immediately packed and loaded the materials, and rushed to the airport by special car before 5 pm to complete the delivery!
